Thanks for your post healthgal. These happens to me all the time - most often when I am working at my computer in the evenings. It is a sure sign that I should go to bed before I hit the post button and have typed gobbly gook!
I had no idea they were micro-sleeps. I guess i thought i was simply nodding off. Thanks for getting the correct info our way.
