Thanks Amy. So many times I think people just blame their snoring on a stuffy nose, cold, or sinus trouble. Of course we know it is usually so much more and snoring needs to be investigated to see if it can be eliminated!
I hope our readers treat themselves to a doctor's visit in 2009 for an evaluation and a treatment for their snoring!
