I ordered the Zzoma contraption and found it to be uncomfortable. When I tried to send it back, I discovered their address is UNDELIVERABLE! So now I'm stuck with a $65 object that I can't use. I think that any company with no phone number, won't answer e-mails and has no return address that accepts mail is fraudulent. I hope you post this so others will be advised that if they order this, it's theirs forever.
