I think having sleep resolutions is a great idea. My companies sells a sleep product so I am always watching blogs, and of course hearing about sleep problems and I can't believe how many people "live" without good sleep for years! I have begun the think that we have accepted poor sleep as a standard way to live. But lack of sleep contributes to soo many problems. Why can't we vow that we will put sleep as a higher priority in our lives, then the working out, dieting, relationships will all go better...Let's make 2012 the year that people Sleep Better.
