Slate.com, an online magazine known for its off-beat analysis of the days news, has come out with a story titled Silent Night: Which Snoring Remedies Actually Work? Written by Chip Brantley, this is an expose into his young marriage - namely the relationship problems he was having with his wife as a result of his snoring - and his quest to find the best snoring remedy on the market (incidentally he has a baby on the way).
He evaluates each gadget, which include mouthpieces, nose clips, and various oils, by 1) their ease of use, 2) his wife's reaction to them, and 3) their morning after effects.
Not only is this a great source for information on sleep remedies, its also a really entertaining piece to read if you've ever been or slept next to a snorer. The bonus? Brantley includes a recording of his own snoring, which he recorded in the middle of the night.
