how i`m i ever gonna get to go to sleep

hi how can i ever get enough sleep? i sleep about 2 hours a night and i am sick of it i need more sleep and i feel very alone because no one in my family has this problem  so what can i do? i am up every night sometimes i dont get any sleep at all and i am tired during the day but not at night i just whish i knew more about this
