My wife who has been diagnosed with Fibromialgia can not sleep and is at the end of her rope Help!

My wife has tried routines from Dr Teitlebaum and others but is still not getting any sleep, she has only had about 3 hours in the past 3 days, I need help as she has tried so many things and i am worried about her. i have a muscle weakness.

i was diagnosed years ago with polymyositis. because my sed rate and cpk are in normal range, they are thinking adult onset ms???? my legs give me fits, especially at night, trying to go to sleep. feels like bugs crawling. any suggestions?

Neurologist or Pulmonologist?

I have Obstructive Sleep Apnea, and am now experiencing Insomnia, where I wake up around 2:00 AM, and can't get back to sleep. This has been going on for 8 weeks.
