i have a muscle weakness.
i was diagnosed years ago with polymyositis. because my sed rate and cpk are in normal range, they are thinking adult onset ms???? my legs give me fits, especially at night, trying to go to sleep. feels like bugs crawling. any suggestions?

Basically I'm wondering what my sleeping disorder is called.
What is it called when a person goes to sleep an hour later everyday and wakes up an hour later everday on a natural cycle. I can also stay up if it's my natural time to wake up no matter how long I was up before which often leaves me staying up for 30+ hours.
