My 3 yr. old son has never and still does not sleep thru the night! As a result I am sleep deprived.

My 3 yr. old son was born 5 weeks early and has never slept thru the night. In the beginning I believed it to be because he was born so early and may take longer to get him into a routine. 3 year old won't sleep through the night

My 3 year old wakes up about the sametime everynight, she also has a hard time going back to sleep and will be up for a couple hours in her bed. We have a normal rutine for her for bedtime.
