CAUTION when driving while tired!
I now stop at the nearest roadside rest while driving when I feel drowsiness coming, or if I am excessively tired. Taking a short snooze (with locked doors for safety) is better than trying to push yourself and getting involved (or causing) an accident. I need advice from people that has been there and done this to share their experiences with us.
I need true advice on sleep paralysis,Cataplexy,etc. When my grand-daughter started having these attacks, the dallas doctors, subscribed Diastat Rectal Gel to stop seizures.
