    How much of a role does a sleep disorder play in the frequency of Bipolar episodes either depressive, manic, or mixed? Also, which is the most likely to emerge from lack of sleep?

    I have Bipolar I with Psychotic features, PTSD, Generalized Anxiety Disorder (with and without Agoraphobia), Panic Disorder, and ADD. How important is regular sleep in controlling these disorders? I am a successfully treated Bipolar.
