i am constantly falling asleep the second i sit down and i think ive fallen over memories are vague

i often dont realise im doing it but its happening all the time, everyday almost all day. is this narcolepsy?

Hi Denise - thanks for your question.  The only way you will be able to know for sure if what you are experiencing is narcolepsy is to seek a professional medical evaluation.  It really is important to have a doctor you can speak to about you symptoms.
