i have even went to a sleep clinic in baton rouge, but i still can not find a medicine to help me find some relief.  please help, any suggestions.?

i have tried staying up for days and nights but that makes me even more tired, plus i have even done lots of exercise

I have tried all of the above also, although I have had a little sucess with Lunesta.  Have you tried Gabapentin (brand name Neurontin) or Lyrca.  I took both those for Fibromyalgia and they both helped me sleep.  The bad side effect was I was tired during the day also and they both caused weight gain.

 

Halcion can work for a short period of time, but cannot be taken long term.

 

I am not a doctor, but I have had sleep issues for the last several years and have tried many different medications.
