Q: how long does it take for provigil to work?

I took the pill 3 1/2 hours ago and I am still falling asleep at my desK. Shouldnt it work by now?

Hi.

It took me about 4 hours to have the real effect. If empty stomatch it will be sooner!! I have taken 200mg Generic Modalert for 1 year.

yes. i take 200 mg first thing in the morning and definitely feel it after an hour or two
