Q: Any memory loss from ambien

after a few hours of drinking is there a chance  that someone can take ambien  (they thought they took motrin) and that is the reason why they do not remember getting out of bed and driving to go get something to eat? They never maybe it for the food but the next few hours were erased from his memory.. If so, Do you know of any cases that I can go to to read about it?  Thank You for any help you can give. I would hate for this person to have to end his 27 years in the US Marine Corp  all because the motrin  look like my ambien
