I've been on both together for the past two months for chronic back pain while the drs try to figure out whats wrong with me. If you eat before you take the two, you'll be fine. If you eat after, youre going to get a mild high and be dizzy and very very tired, but they are perfectly fine to take together. Just be careful, the Soma is VERY addicting and the tramadol can cause a physical dependence, so try not to take it longer than necessary because you'll get withdrawl bad and any pain you had before comes back tenfold. best of luck!!!
