That dose of ambien is already quite high - in fact at that dose doctors worry about retrograde amnesia and altered sleep stage issues.  Adding that amount of Trazadone could be highly dangerous.   Not to sound too preachy - but you are dispensing way to high doses to a teenager - was this amount of Ambien prescribed to her or did she just decide it wasn't working so I'll take more?  and then to even contemplate adding a second sleep medication - is extremely worrisome to me.   Please get a doctor involved who can be the "go to guy" so you are not put in a difficult position by your teen - if she really needs sleep - she needs a professional dispensing the medication.  And you also should be making sure the meds are in your possession and then being dispensed - having raised 2 teens - these are meds I was in control of - not them.
