She will not allow him to visit me or allow me to move to Texas. Living thru the brain annie was hell & learning to walk @ 56 was VERY hard.  He's my only child. I am a smart lady, my son is VERY responsible.

Neither have I had sex in over 5 years.

Hi Silver Belle,

You sound very frustrated by your situation. Is there anyone in your Assisted Living that can offer you help/advice?  Or, I don't know what state you live in, but you could contact a Non-Profit Legal Aid group in your area to see whether or not you can do anything about your situation, like, for example, perhaps they can explore whether or not your mother the best person to be your Conservator.  Here is a Legal Aid group in Texas.

Best Wishes,

Jennifer L. Fee, Psy.D.
