how good is temazepam for sleep?

Fabulous!! After going through a few different sleep medications (ambien, lunesta, etc), my doctor suggested this temazepam (30 mg). This was the only medication that not only helped me to fall asleep, it allowed me to sleep without waking in the middle of the night. The other sleep medications helped me to fall asleep, but I would still wake up between 2:00am and 3:00am and not be able to fall back to sleep. Give it a try.
