Q: 2 months old wakes up often at night

My baby is two months old (10 wks) and she wakes up very often at night, like every hour, sometimes 1/2 hour, she can very occasionally sleep for 2 hours after feeding. This is regardless of how much sleep she's had during the day.

She has never been a good sleeper, she never likes her crib since birth, we used to have her crib beside our bed, but she wouldn't sleep in it for long anyway, when she's less than 1 month old, she sometimes sleep with us (in our bed) and can sleep up to 3 hours, but as soon as we put her in her crib, she wakes up within 15 mins. We've just moved her crib from our room to her own room 1 week ago. She won't sleep in her crib at first (only sleeps in carseat), for the last 3 nights, she finally can sleep in her crib, but she wakes up very often. I also try to tilt her bed slightly (slightly higher on one side so that she's not laying flat). She doesn't need to be fed, I only feed her every 3-4 hours. Please help!!!
