I am on xyrem and paroxetine.Any better anti-depressants to counteract negative thoughts?

 I have been on xyrem for cataplexy and narcolepsy for years but I am having very negative thoughts and wonder if another anti-depressant might help more than the paroxetine.

Yes, you might talk to your doctor about trying a different anti-depressant if this medication is not controlling those negative thoughts (the paroxetine).
