Q: Lucid Dreams

Not a sleep disorder per se, but I get lucid dreams.. I know I'm dreaming and I'm starting to feel uncomfortable. Either because my arm is cramping up, or I can just feel a pillow on my head adn I want to remove it.. so I try to wake up - i fight to wake up... Sometimes I fall into another dream, sometimes I wake up briefly, unable to move and exhausted so I fall back asleep. The cycle then repeats. When I wake up 'for real', I'm so tired, I have to force myself out of bed and stay tired for the rest of the day.. Anyone has any idea what's going on and How i can solve this?
