Q: Can nightmares alone be a sleep disorder? If you have them every night?

I have horrible nightmares every night. And that isnt an exaggeration. Every night! Sometimes I cant remember them at all right after I wake up. Only certain images. And other times I remember it all. Sometimes I can't fall asleep for days and other nights I have trouble staying awake. But when I do finally get to sleep, I'm awakened by nightmares.
