I have Graves disease, diabetic and have been thru a lot of changes at work with new management, being pushed into a supervisory job were i was on call 24/7. that's when I started having trouble sleeping went to my dr. she took me off work for two weeks said it was stress. I just returned to work on Mon the 8 of dec. and was told I was demoted to a med aide  which I thought would be less stress but when residents are out of their pain meds and blame you for it . its very tough

Stress is difficult to deal with when trying to sleep.  Relaxation techniques may help. Try making an effort to relax a little at a time.  For example, start at your toes and relax them, then your feet, legs, hips, working all the way up to your face. Of course, no caffeine after noon.
