i am on cymbalt for depresson can i take trazodone for sleep

I have been taking the two together for over a year now. I take the cymbalta in the morning and trazodone at night. However I am experiancing some problems that I do not know if they are related. I am awake and lose my breath and then my heart races. This only happens when laying down so I wouldn't think they are related.
