Can i take ambien and lunesta together while i am trying to be tested for sleep test?

i would like to know if a person is trying to be tested for sleep test because she had Pabelidemma, or in other words swelling in her optic nerve can she take 2 embien cr and later lunesta? is this a accurate test?
