I used to snore loudly about a year ago. I can't hear myself snore, of course, but wife can attest to it. Today, my snoring has stopped, but I am curious to know if there has necessarily been a change, or perhaps, an improvement in my sleeping patterns. I often still sleep very shallow and use medication when needed.
