Q: I sleep 2 to no more than 3 hours a night. I don't feel tired the next day. Help..

I'm a 55 year old man, in good shape, do not take any medications. This sleep issue has been going on for about four years. I've tried Ambien, melatonin, Tylenol PM, acupuncture. I've had blood work indicating no hormonal imbalances. Two or three hours of sleep cannot be enough, is it?

I am the same way.  I actually didn't sleep for two months.  I have tried everything as well.  Maybe it's time to consult a sleep specialist.
