Q: For about a month I have been feeling extremely drowsy during the day and have noticed a drop in the ammount of time I sleep at night. Is this a possible sleeping disorder?
My roommates have been telling me that I've been more drowsy and irritated during the day and my roommate I share a room with tells me my snoring is getting worse and I am constantly tossing and turning throughout the night which makes actually staying asleep difficult. I'm averaging about 2-4 hours of sleep a night and during the day am extrememly anxious and am constantly pacing which is making work difficult as I work a desk job 90%. Normally I would cross this off as stress, but I haven't had much to be stressed over as of the last month. Are these signs of a possible sleeping disorder?
