my husband passed away after 32 years of marriage,

my husbnd passed away afer 32 years of marriage now i find myself falling asleep on the couch maybe 3 times a day and dont realize ive been sleeping till i wake up, i have never done this before, is this a sign of grieving for him? thanks.
