Q: My 57 year old brother with sleep apnea refuses to use ahis CPAP machine

He occasionally drinks and was seen walking unsteadily at a gas station before he got in his car.  A cop stopped him--he refused the breathalyzer but states he was not drinking.  Could this be partly due to his sleep apnea?  He also doesn't remember doing certain recent things and his GF states she is with him constantly and he never has more than 1-2 drinks when out, etc. This same brother had a stroke several years ago (bleed in the brain stem area)--had mood changes, etc. and is starting to do same again.
