Why am i sick in my sleep

Sometimes i awake in the middle of the night because i am being sick. This problem is NOT related to consumption of alcohol nor i believe from eating to close to bed time. I do think, however the problem may arise due to severe stress. What is your viex? How dangerous is my problem? Can ...
