I'm wondering if (a) anyone took her blood pressure in different positions - lying down, sitting up, getting up - to see if she has positional blood pressure changes that are significant.

I'm wondering if her blood sugar is low in the am - maybe keeping a bit of juice bedside and drinking it before getting up? (did they do glucose levels? Fasting blood sugar)

I'm wondering if she is doing any excessive dieting - which could make her feel increasingly depleted after sleep, which we consider a mini-fast?

thos eare some of the additional things I would check out.
