Suffering from sleep disorder due to some mental anxiety and stress. its a very harmfull for me as well as my daily activities.please let me confirm how can alleviate from this and what type of medicine i.e Pill/Tablet can use for this disease.

Thanks for your question. From your description it sounds like you would need a medical evaluation in order to properly diagnose what is happening. Then an appropriate treatment plan would be in order.
