My baby is gassy, teething and pulls at her ears, doesn't sleep longer than 3 hours sometimes less

My nearly 8 month old baby has never slept through the night, ever. Her routine is all over the place and just when I think it's in a routine she changes it again. At ther moment, she wakes at 9.30, 10 or 11, when ever I wake up. Has a little nap at 12.30, 1, 2 or 4. Sometimes only for 10 mins,…
