Dear Fiddle Dreamer,   Your best bet would be to call a 24 hour pharmacy and speak to a pharmacist.   I did a search as well, and it appear that mixing the two is not a good idea, but like I said, you can consult with a pharmacist even at a very late hour!   For future nights, please check out our CD at The Stress Masters website, we've had many, many people tell us that it is useful for falling asleep!   Regards,   Jennifer L.
