This is a doctor/pharmacy decision - I'd make one of your doctors aware that you are planning to take both and see the recommendations - even in terms of timing of the medications.

Hi trunic_99,

 

Thank you for your question. There is no actual interaction between the two medications, but you should be very careful when taking them together. The muscle relaxer can cause you to have slower reaction time and confusion. In addition to the Ambien's effects, you could be pretty well "knocked out." Just be sure not to drive or do anything that requires a lot of concentration when you're taking these medications together.
