Q: can i have infection of enlarged tonsils through sexual intercause

My first question would be, what does your doctor say? If you haven't been to one, you should, since there are many potential causes of enlarged tonsils, including, strep throat.
If you are talking about oral sex, then, yes, you could even have a case of oral thrush. You might want to learn more.
