Q: Affects of Higher Altitudes on CPAP Therapy while Traveling

I use a CPAP for sleep apnea and live at an altitude of 1000' and am planning a camping/ day hiking trip to altitudes of 4000'- 7000'.  I intend to take my CPAP and use it nightly at base camp (altitude 4000'- as the weight of the CPAP and power supply prevent wilderness backpaking) and day hike. What possible compliations/ modifications should I expect (increased CPAP pressure, decreased CPAP effectiveness without modification)?  Applicable to those using a CPAP traveling to metro areas at altitude (Denver).
