I need to understand what is going on please help.

I constantly wake up at night thirsty or having to urinate. Then I am tired all day. When I do sleep I tend to sleep late and I think this is due to waking up constantly. But I also have problems going to sleep. They tried me on Remron but I slept way way too long if you consider sleeping for about…
