This has just started happening the last month/ few weeks. Every night I go to bed between 8:30pm and 9:30pm. I work shift work and if I work the next day I have to be up between 6am and 7am. Every day I wake up extremely tired feeling only like i've just gone to bed. If I do not work I will sleep in till 9am or 10am and only then do I feel like I've actualy gotten any rest.

I do not understand this. I've had the same routine for almost 6 months and only now is it starting to become a problem and it's become a big problem.

I take a womans multi-vitamin everyday that has iron b-12 etc  in it and I'd say my diet has a pretty wide variety.
