What is the best treament for sleep apnea?

Hi Sally - thanks for your question. I am the moderator for the site and though not medically trained I will try and help answer your questions or at least lead you in the right direction.
You really should check with your doctor about what treatments could be right for you. Everyone has different symptoms and ways of handling treatment. It also can be a bit of a trial and error scenario to treat sleep apnea.
