Not to scare you... but to be on the safe side, I would tell him to get a complete physical. This may sound crazy but my mom was just diagnosed with lung cancer (age 54) and her doctor asked her if she has been having "night sweats"... and she had been for a least a yr. He shocked us all when he said that "night sweats" is your body's first sign of cancer! Again, don't let this worry you... I just felt compelled to share my story. The best of luck to you both.
