Night sweats is a "broad ie generic" indicator, that could be indicative of numerous conditions, besides cancer, or thyroid trouble, for instance in women, it could just be hormonal, in others signs of infection, in others perhaps psycological trouble...yedda yedda yedda...bottom line is that instead of "guessing...let your physician do lab work and try and pin point the problem it could turn out to be nothing to worry about....
