Yes, unless you have drug allergies to the medication or if your body size is small or petite. Unlike benzodiazepines, this drug is not hypnotic and will less likely be less habit forming. The drug has a side effect though : it leaves you with a bitter after taste when you wake up. The bitterness is not very strong, and compared with a sleepless night or a light sleep, is probably worth taking. Be careful about developing psychological dependence on it though. have you tried consulting with a sleep clinic? Sleep problems are usually caused by other reasons, and medication is more of a 'band aid' solution because it treats the symptom rather than the root cause. Please to see a sleep clinic physician.
