severe headache on the right side from a week,is it migraine?

i'm a 28 year old male working in a corporate company. i've been getting headaches from past one week.the pain is concentrated on temples,right side of the head and back portion of the head.it is a hammering kind of pain. i recently got my eyes checked and i have been prescribed a spectacle,left eye short sight 2.0,which m wearing from 5 days. I am very much worried.should i go for a ct scan? few days back the left side of my brain was hit by the corner of a roof,2 drops of blood had come and then stopped,the wound was very small and has healed.
