Hi Susana  - I'd recommend you speak to your doctor befor eyou decide to increase your doseage on your own.  It's always smart to check for doing so.

Hi, Trazadone takes a few days to work well, so I would suggest you call and ask you Dr.  It is not one of those drugs you can just stop or start whenever, and expect it to work well.

I was put on 400mg for sleep. I am not sure what dose you are on, but regardless, check with your doctor...don't play with meds, this one is one you want to gradually increase and stop.
