I seemingly experience a reverse sleep paralysis.

I seemingly experience a reverse sleep paralysis, always before waking.  In my dream, I can barely open my eyes or can't open them.  When I wake I experience this grogginess where I can open my eyes but they want to close and I'm wishing to drift back to sleep, or my eyes (have dry eyes) do feel heavy for a while even when I'm up and going about my morning routine.  At least this was my experience this morning.  Not certain that it always is after waking from the dream.  I don't panic in the dream but I don't tell anyone and try to get to whereever I'm going.  I've had dreams (and so has my sister) that this occurs while driving and yet I never crash.  Thanks for any insight you can offer!
