I think you first need to see a doctor. You are depressed and need somone to talk to.
You should not be having these peoblems at such a young age but it happened. The doctor will prescribe the best medication for you. Over the counter drugs are not for you now. Read your bible -read Isaiah 41 vs 10 and Isaiah 50 vs 7. God will give you the peace that passeth all understanding - you will sleep in JESUS name. God bless you.
