Q: i recently had an experience whilst sleeping? very important.

i was asleep and then there were 2 people i knew with me, sort of above me, and one said something about his chest, and then i was semi awake and i could feel an intense pressure. it was 2 people ive had sexual relations with. this has happened before but this time was different, someone was beating on my chest really fast and hard, i could feel it. there was someone in the room actually doing this i am certain, it was extremely uncomfortable and distressing, this has happened a fair bit in my life so i have made myself quite strong at breaking out of it. i fought and broke out of my sleep in a state of panic. i have experience paranormal activity more than a few times in my life, but it feels different this time. it seems as though recently ive re opened a connectgion to another world of being. im trying to seek info on why there was someone beating on my chest and how to gain a more confident control on this connection? i believe ive faced a demon previously and defeated it with firm action, this is a bit different, im interested in getting an expert opinion? sorry this question was more of a story, i needed to vent. thank you so much.

You said this has happened before.  I understand that you mean you never felt that someone was actually pounding on your chest.  When in that state of mind (semi-awake), it is common to be able to actually feel physical contact (as if you were awake) which is really just coming from your dream.  You say you have been able to control your dream experiences to a certain degree.  Since new and different aspects have begun to materialize, you need to step up your controls within your subconcious.  Meditating every day and repeating: "this is just a dream" while recalling the dream that was troubling, really will help.  It may not work immediately, but don't give up because it will work if you stick with it.  You are in the process of programming your subconcious which is similar to getting rid of a bad habit....takes time and effort.  In the mean time, check your blood pressure to make sure it is in check and not rising to dangerous levels during your dreams.  As for different factors entering your dream world, that is only natural and comes with age.  I hope this is helpful to you.
